When will my order arrive?

For products in-stock please allow 5-10 business days for processing and verification, and an additional 3-7 business days for shipping. In most cases, orders ship very quickly. Orders may take longer due to unexpected circumstances.

Why was my package returned to original sender?

If your package is returned to us, please contact us at guidemegapparel@gmail.com

Possible reasons of return: 

1. Incorrect address
2. Two or more delivery attempts with no success 
3. Vacancy

My package was delivered, but I haven't received it. 

If your package states that it has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier to help locate your items.

I ordered the wrong item; can you change my order before it ships?

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified/canceled.
